About Us
Sunshine Brass has been playing for years and is the oldest volunteer organisation on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. Our members range in age from 10 years right through to 70+ years.

2011 C Grade State Champion Band
Sunshine Brass is a Brass Band that performs at contests regularly and is made up of some of the finest brass musicians in the area.
Recently Sunshine Brass competed in the 2011 Queensland State Championships, in the beautiful township of Maryborough, where we were privileged to be placed 1st in the C grade competition.
Our Style
Sunshine Brass is a traditional brass band that plays music such as Beethoven and the Beatles right through to the Bohemian Rhapsody, and occasionally we like to throw in a march or two.

Come and Play
It doesn't matter if you're young or old, novice, amateur, or professional, Sunshine Brass welcomes all players of any level. Even if you haven't played in years or you're just starting out, you're more than welcome to come and have a play with us.
The Band rehearses every Tuesday from 19:30 - 21:30 at the Band Hall which is located on the corner of Daniel and Jose Streets in Nambour.
